2016 is on it’s way out! Come ring in the New Year with a glass of Prosecco!

La Cena di San Silvestro is celebrated all across Italy on New Year’s Eve, and at Amalfi we are looking forward to bringing in the new year with great food, great wine and wonderful live music.

We’ll be offering a special, one-night only à la carte menu prepared by Chef Giancarlo!

Join us for dinner and watch the ball drop on New Year’s Eve while sampling some of the best that Italy has to offer.

Amalfi will feature a unique, reservation-only dining experience in which Chef Giancarlo will recap the year in seven fantastic courses, showcasing Amalfi’s top dishes paired with wines from various regions of Italy.  We will kick off the evening at 6:30pm on the Amalfi patio where you will enjoy Amalfi inspired appetizers created by Chef Giancarlo.  Republic National Distributing Co., will serve a selection of white wines, red wines and bubbly for you to taste while enjoying live music.  All of our guests will have a chance to win Amalfi gift certificates, gift baskets, and Magnum wine bottles. Amalfi will donate 20% of the proceeds from this event to the Italian Earthquake Relief Efforts in coordination with the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas.

Chef Giancarlo has created a special menu featuring beautiful Italian imported white truffles and perfectly paired wines. You will also enjoy live music by Tianna Hall and the Houston Jazz Band.

This evening will also feature a special White Truffle Auction, with the winner enjoying a private dinner where their winnings will be cooked to perfection by Chef Giancarlo. Proceeds from the Auction will benefit Texas Children’s Hospital.
